Third Floor

Elevator Lobby

C & C Construction Management Inc. is pleased to provide an update on the progress of the elevator lobby at Pine Village. Significant strides have been made, starting with the meticulous saw cut and removal of the existing concrete slab and footing to pave the way for renovation. Following this, extensive excavation work has been undertaken to prepare the groundwork for the new footing, ensuring stability and longevity for the structure. Our dedicated team has diligently set rebar and executed the precise pouring of concrete footing, laying the foundation for the forthcoming column and beam space. Through meticulous planning and execution, we are committed to ensuring the elevator lobby meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal for the residents of Pine Village.

First Floor

The first-floor is now undergoing rough framing and rough wall plumbing at. Our skilled team has been diligently working to lay the groundwork for this crucial stage of construction. Through precise measurements and expert craftsmanship, rough framing has been meticulously executed to establish the structural framework of the first floor, ensuring durability and stability for years to come. Simultaneously, our plumbing experts have been hard at work, carefully roughing in the plumbing lines to accommodate the future needs of the building. Second Floor

Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to advance key aspects of the project on our second floor. Firelid drywall rips have been skillfully executed, laying the groundwork for the installation of fire-resistant materials essential for safety regulations. Additionally, rough ceiling framing has been meticulously completed, ensuring a solid foundation for the overhead structure. Our electrical experts have been hard at work roughing in the electrical systems, strategically placing wires and outlets to accommodate future needs efficiently. Furthermore, rough-in work for the walls and light fixtures has been underway, facilitating the integration of essential utilities and fixtures throughout the floor. Third Floor

Our team has been diligently working  on the third floor of Pine Village. The installation of sheet rock is now complete, providing a sturdy and uniform surface for subsequent finishes. Wall finishing is underway, with meticulous attention to detail to achieve a flawless appearance throughout the floor. Painting has commenced, adding vibrancy and personality to the space while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. Furthermore, pre-hung doors have been expertly installed, enhancing accessibility and privacy for residents. Our skilled craftsmen have begun the intricate work of door trim and casing, adding the finishing touches that elevate the overall design. In carpeted areas, baseboard installation is progressing smoothly, seamlessly integrating with the flooring for a polished look. Lastly, in the bathrooms, wall tile installation is underway, combining functionality with elegance to create inviting and hygienic spaces. With unwavering dedication to quality and precision.
